macOS radio controller
In development for macOS
The focused RigOne operating style, taking shape for the Mac station desk.
RigOne for Mac is currently in development. The aim is to bring the same practical approach to macOS: keep the useful controls close at hand and avoid turning everyday radio operation into a complicated cockpit.
The Windows version is the current public release. The Mac version is coming along for a future release.
Taking shape
The core functionality is already taking shape. It is an early development build rather than a finished release, but the important operating pieces are beginning to come together.
Early layouts
Alongside the Wide and Full views above, Compact and Custom layouts are being explored so the controls can stay useful whether RigOne is your main window or sits alongside other station software.
These are development views, not a promise of a final feature list, but they show the direction clearly.
Development progress
RigOne for Mac is not yet ready to replace the Windows release. The immediate work is to develop, test and polish the core experience carefully before calling it ready for wider use.
If using RigOne on macOS interests you, please keep an eye on this page for updates. Thoughts from operators are welcome as the Mac version takes shape.
Feedback welcome
It is a spare-time GW3JVB project, shaped around everyday radio use. Discord is the best place for shared feedback and progress notes; email is also welcome for a quieter report or suggestion.
